Energy Healing and Meditation is a Good Way of Relieving Stress~

Pranic, Tantric, and Reiki are considered unusual methods of healing.

Why are more and more people being drawn to them? With all the modern medical treatments out there, it may make many wonder why a person would turn to energy healing when they are ill.

Here are some possible reasons:

Energy healing often works where medicine doesn’t. For those who have tried all available medical methods, energy healing gives them yet one more chance to get well.

Often it is the last and only hope some patients believe they have.

People see modern medicine as impersonal. Medical treatments are often focused on the disease and its cause, often ignoring the person himself as a human being.

Since energy and spirituality are closely connected, the patient feels that all aspects of his health are being attended to.

Energy healing is non-obtrusive and natural so it is seen as safer. Healing your energy requires no surgery or tests.  There isn’t the feeling of your body being invaded or feeling that your privacy is in jeopardy.

More often than not, healing energy practices can be done on your own time, in the privacy of your home.  In today’s busy world, this is often a necessary thing.

Energy healing is a good way of relieving stress. Meditation is part of just about every energy healing method and this is an added selling point for highly stressed people.

What is more, complicated equipment is not necessary so it becomes all the more convenient for students and future students of energy healing.

The battle between alternative healing and mainstream medicine continues as both present the benefits of their approach.

Both have their unique place in the world and it is advised that both be considered.  But in the final analysis, what matters is the restoration of good health.

Come On and Bring some Creativity into Your Life!

Everyone is born creative.

The boxes of crayons in kindergarten were not limited to those who possessed potential; because the truth is, everybody has potential.

Follow the beat of your own drum. Allowing for the suggestions of others will only bring disharmony to the music you are trying to create.

If you have a unique idea, don’t squander your time and effort trying to make people appreciate it. The help you will in all probability come in the form of negative feedback.

If all those geniuses listened to their peers, we would probably still be living in the Middle Ages.

Exercise. Take a walk. Run a mile or two. Send all those endorphins coursing through your veins. Exercising certainly clears and relaxes your mind and allows for anything to pop up.

Record your dreams. Those dreams may just create a creative spark in you. Many a book started just this way.

Discover your own style. People will welcome your originality more because it is uniquely yours. Being unique will allow people to see how important an asset you are.

Don’t hide behind fancy gadgets or tools. The true artist in fact reduces the number of tools he has, as he gets better at his craft: he knows what works and what don’t and only uses the few perfect tools.

Nothing will work without passion.

What wakes you up in the mornings?
What keeps the flame burning?
What is the one thing that you’ll die if you don’t do?

Sometimes you just want something so bad you become a virtual unstoppable. And that is passion. Passion will keep you going.

You can’t force inspiration…….it  hits when you least expect it to, for those unpredictable yet inevitable moments you should prepare.
